In Charlotte County's Sept 30, 2026 bid for 990,000 cubic yards on Manasota Key and South Beach, Great Lakes Dredge & Dock bid low at $29,103,880, ahead of Weeks Marine ($44,147,500), Callan Marine ($49,399,000) and Norfolk Dredging ($54,122,000). No award has been published yet (bid tabulation).

Gaps
Eastman Aggregate Enterprises (upland truck-haul sand) had a $14.04M USACE award for Sunny Isles in January 2021 (USACE), which falls before our 2023–2027 window. Many county-run projects award contracts through local procurement systems that we have not yet searched, so these totals are a floor, not a full count.
